From client onboarding to campaign delivery, I coordinated multiple teams and channels to launch a full lead generation system, on time and aligned with business goals.

Understand the Goal

Led the initial discovery call to define objectives, target audience, KPIs, and timeline. Collected all existing assets and clarified expectations with the client before kickoff.

Plan & Structure

Created a detailed timeline covering landing page design, ad creative production, organic content, and email flows. Assigned tasks to design, development, and marketing teams, and set up shared tools for progress tracking.

Managed cross-team communication, ensuring designers, developers, and ad managers hit their milestones. Reviewed and approved deliverables at each stage, from wireframe to final email templates.

Launched the landing page and campaigns simultaneously, monitored first-week performance, and handed off to the client with full documentation and reporting structure.
