Role

Project Lead

Length

6 Weeks

Managed the simultaneous delivery of a new website, brand refresh, and launch campaign for a client, coordinating design, development, and marketing teams from kickoff to handover.

How I structure the work

Understand the Goal

Held a discovery session with the client to clarify brand vision, target audience, and business objectives. Defined the scope for the website, brand assets, and marketing launch.

Plan & Structure

Built a master schedule mapping dependencies between brand asset creation, website build, and campaign preparation. Assigned owners for each task and set up a shared Asana workspace.

Coordinate & Execute

Kept all teams aligned with weekly stand-ups, asynchronous updates via Loom, and ongoing feedback cycles. Managed client approvals to keep work moving without bottlenecks.

Review & Deliver

Launched the refreshed brand, live website, and campaign on the same day, with all assets ready ahead of schedule.

Result

Delivered all three components in sync, avoiding any launch delays. Client reported a smoother process than with previous agencies and renewed the contract for follow-up work within a week of delivery.
